4 tsp Lakanto probiotic chocolate milk powder
1 serving ashwagandha drops
1 pinch pink Himalayan salt
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
6 Lakanto sweetener drops (or sweetener of choice)
1/2 cup ice
In your blender, you can assemble all of these ingredients together and blend it up for an icy chocolate milk hormone boosting beverage.
